Return Eligibility
We offer free refunds within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
-The product is unused
-The product is unopened
-The product is in its original packaging and condition
-The return request is made within 15 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on products that have been opened or used, including hair styling products.
Non-Returnable Items
Refunds will not be issued if:
-The product has been opened or used
-The item is damaged due to customer handling
-The product is missing original packaging
-More than 15 days have passed since delivery
-The item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third-party seller
-The item was marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

-A brief description of the issue
-Clear photos of the product and packaging
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
-Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
-Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
