Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some products on CS THEORY may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or limited purchase options. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each option.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
-Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each delivery.
-Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled.
-You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
-Use the link provided in your order confirmation email, or

Refunds and returns for subscription orders follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available or currently out of stock.
-We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout.
-Your order will be fulfilled once the product becomes available.
Cancellations:
-Pre-orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
-Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy (if applicable)
If we offer a try-before-you-buy option:
-Your payment method will be authorized but not charged immediately.
-You will have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the product.
-If the product is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
Returned items must meet our return eligibility requirements.
